VILLA NARDI RULES
ARRIVAL
Since the Bed and Breakfast works on a family basis with no receptionist check-in times are from 11a.m. to 12.30 p.m., and from 6p.m. to 7.30p.m., unless guests have arranged other times with the owners.
Please inform us of any changes in your arrival times.

On arrival a valid identity document will be requested for each guest, for legal formalities.
Under-age children must be accompanied by at least one parent, or show a parental authorization.
PAYMENT
Payment for your entire stay is due on arrival.
You will be given a key-ring containing your room key, and a pass key which opens the gates to the parking area, the pedestrian gate and the front door.
If you lose the keys and the key-ring a compensation of €50 is due.
Please remember to close the front door when you return in the evening.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation the advance payment will not be refunded.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast will be served from 8.30a.m. to 9.30a.m.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 10a.m..
ROOM CLEANING
The bedrooms are cleaned every day.
Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
A daily towel change can be arranged for a small extra fee.

GUEST BEHAVIOUR
Any damages caused by guests must be paid for.
Inside the Villa at any time please consider the other guests and do not play noisy games or music, or use electronic devices that might disturb them.
Adults are responsable for the behaviour of their children or any under-age visitors.
VALUABLE OBJECTS
Please take proper care of any valuables as the owners will not be held responsable for their loss or damage.
